REFUND AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

 

At ok2vent, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Refund Requests:

• Customers can request a refund for services not yet received with a minimum of 48-hour notice.

• To qualify for a full refund, kindly provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled session.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• If you wish to cancel your session with less than 48-hour notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellation requests made with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Customers will receive only a 50% refund if the appointment is canceled with less than the required 48-hour notice.
